How to Generate Access Token

1. Log in to your HubSpot account and click the settings icon in the main navigation bar.
2. In the left sidebar menu, navigate to Integrations > Private Apps.
3. Click the "Create a private app" button.
4. In the "Basic Info" tab, configure your application details:
   • Set a name for your app
   • Upload a logo (optional)
   • Provide a description
5. Switch to the "Scopes" tab.
6. Select the appropriate scopes for your app's needs. These are divided into four categories:
   • CRM
   • Marketing
   • Sales
   • Service
   Choose only the permissions necessary for your app's functionality.
7. After configuring the scopes, click the "Create app" button in the top right corner.

8. Analyze Forms:

   1. Enter your HubSpot API Key (Private App Access Token
   2. Click "Analyze Forms"
   3. Download the Excel report with detailed analysis
